Position: Senior Project Inspector/Manager (570).

Position: Lead Reliability Equipment Inspector API 510 / 510.

AREA ENERGY LLC, BELRIGE PSM FACILITY, LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS HANDLING FACILITIES, LIQUID PROPANE GAS STORAGE AND HANDLING FACILITIES, GAS PLANT.

Conduct mechanical equipment / piping inspection in accordance with standard and procedure.
Assure that all the quality requirements and inspections are performed in accordance with the approved Project Quality Plan and / or Inspection Test Plan.
Monitors and stays abreast of the day-to-day work of Contractor and / or inspection services specific to his/her discipline and ensures their qualifications.
Addresses QA/QC requirements associated with equipment and assisting in developing the commissioning plans for the asset.
Assure that all inspection records / quality documents and relevant project documents will be maintained and archived according the project execution plan (hardcopy and / or electronically).
Discusses quality deficiencies, construction deviations and inspection findings with the Mechanical Lead & Construction Contractor and develops win-win solutions.
Provides discipline specific construction feedback to the Mechanical engineer that can be used in improving subsequent Contracts and/or improve product quality.
Review, approve and authorize the quality / inspection / NDT documents.

EXXONMOBIL REFINERY TORRANCE, CA - April 2010

BP CARSON REFINERY LOS ANGELES, CA - January 2010

Position: Mechanical Integrity Inspector API (510/570).

MISTRAS QLS representing BPCS during the first quarter 2010 N0 2 Coker shut down. Overseeing and inspecting equipments, piping modifications and repairs.
Actively participate in an effective safety program.
Act as liaison with client management, inspection and engineering in respect to all quality issues.
Maintains a daily log to permanently record all significant project facts, events, conditions, delays. Drawings and calculations on various towers, drums, and exchangers. Witnessed that all datum’s were being properly assessed for the correct measurements
Oversee all the NDT that was performed were adequate per specifications manual.
Tracked all welders to ensure they had proper documents to commence work in the refinery

NORTH SLOPE PRUDHOE BAY, ALASKA FOR BPXA - APRIL 2009

Position: Corrosion Chemicals / Fixed Equipment Inspector (510/570).

MISTRAS QLS, cross country Pipeline Trans Alaska Pipeline performing Corrosion Mitigation Program, lay out for future piping internal and external inspections, pump stations, skip , Drill Site , Drilling Pad, Flow Lines and Flow station. 

BP CARSON REFINERY LOS ANGELES, CA March 2009

Position: Fixed Equipment Inspector -(510/570).

CONAM # 1 Reformer shut down.

Performing internal and external inspections on pressure vessel, drums, reactor and all associated component. Monitoring all repair works and Piping modifications and installation.

BP CARSON REFINERY LOS ANGELES, CA -2008 – 2009 JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP

Position: QA/QC Supervisor II

Review job specifications and drawings, Track weld progress, Pipe weld inspection, Pipe installation inspection per ASME B31.3
Schedule and monitor radiography / other NDT inspections and post weld heat treating services.  Participate in coordination meetings with owner contractor, Review ASME code requirements, 
Witnessed hydro’s walked down drawings to ensure all field welds, piping dimensions,
Piping components, all NDT reports and proper procedures are being followed per BP construction procedure specifications.
Walked down piping packages (Isometric Drawings) and field equipment packages to ensure Correspondence between P&I.D’s, ,field equipment, spec breaks, materials, and all additions are accurate. Red line all construction isometric Dwg for any revision prior to hydro testing. 
Weld Mapping & Tracking field piping changes, Interface with general contractor and / owner representative.
Assure field supervisions awareness of all QA/QC requirements

BP CARSON REFINERY LOS ANGELES CA -2006 - 2008 CONAM INSPECTION AND ENGINEERING

Position: API Inspector.

Assessment and Repairs of cooling tower no. 15, 10 and 12 as an API Inspector.
Performed inspection activities during their (FCC) Fluid catalytic cracking Process unit, plan turn around.
Construction of 1105 project (Precipitator) with a Zero Incident record.
Lolie project (Installation of nozzle, reinforcement and modification of drums)
Flare gas project (installation of new knock out drums for the flares)

CONOCCO PHILLIPS – 2008

Position: Mechanical Integrity (API 510) QA/QC 3rd Party Supervisor Coker 4th Quarter T/A.

Strategic projects / Coker deheading projects (modification of all four Coke Drums) Installation of Delta Valves
Witnessed that all procedures were properly followed as per CONOCO PHILIPS procedural manual
Act as liaison with client management, inspection and engineering in respect to all quality issues.
External visual inspection on equipment and piping for the coker unit.
Conduct internal and external pressure vessel inspection as per API and ASME Code

OCEANEERING INSPECTION OFFSHORE GULF OF MEXICO – June 2006

Position: LVL II NDT Examiner 

Conducted ultrasonic, magnetic particle, fluorescent dye penetrant, visual weld and positive material identification examinations in both offshore and oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico to determine if parts and systems meet ASME/API/ code specifications.
Witness positive material identification to determine material type and grade.
Provided training for NDE assistant and Level I personnel.
